Completing your system reset before submitting a service request may save you time and money. We have developed the most common reset processes in the FAQ section below for you to follow.

Shading, weather, time of day, and time of year all have an impact on how much energy your system will produce. Understanding Solar Production

The most common first step to correcting an inverter, system controller, or system error is to perform a system reset. This is basically: ‘turn it off, then turn it back on.’ It sounds absurd, but this fixes most basic errors. Below are the instructions for the system reset for some of the systems we install:

Most monitoring issues are because the system monitor has lost connection with the internet. Please refer to the following guides for troubleshooting your internet connection.

If you need to have your roof repaired, or are completing a remodeling that affects your roof surface, please submit a request to receive an estimate from our Service department.

More often than not cleaning your panels is a waste of time and potentially money.  Estimates on the benefits of panel cleaning showed around a 1% increase in production.

Our take: let the rain do the cleaning a couple times a year.
